"How Can I Lose Weight Fast Without Exercise?"

A popular trend, especially this time of year, is "weight loss" (or "weight loss diet").

With the holidays behind us, many of us are ready to shed those extra pounds that all of those get togethers, dinners, etc helped to put on.

For those with a "high metabolism", the pounds may be few, but the average weight gain during the last quarter of the year tends to be around 7 to 10 pounds.  Have you dared to step on the scale yet?

With an ocean of weight loss plans available, it is possible to "lose weight without exercise".  This is a trend that many are seeking because just dieting is hard enough without the added pain of exercise.

Although, if you're really looking to "increase your metabolism", adding some muscle building exercise, or interval exercises (go, go faster, slow down, go faster, etc) can speed up the weight loss for most.

Whatever your method, be as healthy as possible.
