Have board games really ever gone out of style? I think they will always be a trend. Most of us at least have a few dusty board games in a closet or on a shelf somewhere.
A friend of mine recently introduced me to a different realm of board games where they are like mini adventures and sometimes can take several hours to play.
So with my new found fascination with role-playing, tile based, or card building board games, I wanted to find out, "Where Can I Buy Cheap Board Games?"

A lot of the board games that I play at my friend's house are kind of pricey, with average prices of $50 or more. That doesn't always fit in my budget, and I'm wanting to build up my collection.
I've searched eBay, Google, Amazon, and some other sites, but for me, the answer to find cheap board games is really Amazon for me. I have an Amazon Prime account, so not only do I get 2 day shipping, but most of the time it is also free shipping!
Recent games I've purchased that I consider cheap board games (only in price, not in quality) are:
Forbidden Island
Forbidden Desert
Yes, they are both made my the same Company, but I was able to get Forbidden Island on Amazon with free shipping for around $12 and Forbidden Desert was about $22. So I basically bought 2 games for less than $50!
